1. Your Right to Cancel
In line with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your Wellaray Coffee delivery, without needing to give a reason.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, email info@removeorganicpur.world or use our Contact form within 14 days of delivery, including your order details. We will confirm the return address and next steps within two business days.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Unopened, sealed boxes are eligible for a full refund. For hygiene reasons applicable to food supplements, opened or partially used boxes may only be refunded where the product is faulty or was not as described; in such cases, please describe the issue when contacting us so we can assess it fairly.
4. Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return (or confirm a cancellation before dispatch), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 calendar days.
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we will cover reasonable return postage.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or full refund, including any delivery charges.
